Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales, Service, Marketing & Solution of Construction Heavy Equipment & Crane etc.
∎ Create strategic marketing policy and implement the plan. Create & execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
∎ Monitoring sales team & co-ordination with service team.
∎ Evaluates potential Customers, Communication with local Customers & foreign Principle.
∎ Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
∎ Conduct training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledge.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Setting sales and marketing Key Performance Indicator (KPI)'s to manage activity within the team.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. Review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
∎ Shadow and mentor the sales team members on their approach, product knowledge, presentation skills, negation skills, relationship building skills, ability to close deals, etc.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least minimum 10 - 12 year(s) Sales, Service & Marketing Experience on Construction Equipment like Crane, Excavator, Roller, Backhoe Loaders, and Air Compressor etc.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali (Bangla).
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
∎ Capability to lead self, organization and others.
∎ Team Player and Keeping self and team focused on key priorities.
