∎ Masters of Business Administration or in Marketing is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic marketing, sales & promotional activities plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
∎ Managing recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team. Preparing Sales information, analysis, and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales Forecasts & Achievement Strategies.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Making weekly sales reports and submitting them to the head of sales or the management consecutively.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG (Sales & Marketing).
∎ 15 to 20(+) years of relevant experience.
