• Strong hands-on expertise in critical processes like padding, fake down, and seam sealing jackets.

• Experience leading large production teams as AGM.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a track record of achieving production and efficiency targets.

We are seeking an experienced AGM – Production (Outerwear Jacket Plant) with strong expertise in padding, fake down, and seam sealing jackets. The role involves managing end-to-end production operations, handling multiple buyers’ critical styles, ensuring quality, efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery, and coordinating closely with merchandising, IE, planning, and quality teams.

• Manage overall jacket plant operations from cutting to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Handle production for multiple buyers at the same time, following their individual quality standards, SOPs, and delivery schedules.

• Take full ownership of critical and high-risk styles, especially padding, fake down, and seam sealing jackets.

• Prepare and control production planning, line loading, and capacity allocation based on order priority.

• Ensure proper manpower utilization, line balancing, and efficiency improvement across all production lines.

• Closely coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.

• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks, technical problems, and layout constraints proactively.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of production to meet buyer and AQL requirements.

• Control production cost, wastage, and rework, ensuring achievement of efficiency and profitability targets.

• Lead and monitor daily production meetings, follow up on action plans, and report progress to management.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, social compliance, and factory policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, SMV achievement, and process standardization.

• Develop, coach, and evaluate production and line management teams for performance improvement.
