Job Context:
∎ AGM - Marketing & Merchandising (Knit Factory, Dyeing Capacity 45 Tons)
∎ We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (Marketing & merchandising). This individual person will be responsible for managing buyer inquiries, submitting price quotation, follow-up sampling, follow-up production, sending email to new and existing buyers, manage necessary marketing day by day, manage email campaign, and generate new lead. In short, responsible to get more order from new and existing buyers and coordinating with merchandising department to complete the order as per target with turnover.
∎ Also looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Knit Factory, Dyeing Capacity 45 Tons.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Ashulia, Savar) (Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have minimum marketing capacity to covering 20 lines all the year round.
∎ Identifying new customer opportunities and should be capable of new business development and promotion with the new buyer.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing & execution merchandising of any knit item.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of knit product.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ Responsible to ensure the target basis order collection.
∎ Capable to sourcing fabric, trims and accessories from local and overseas and ensure that fabric and accessories are available in the factory within the time frame.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge and experience in knit garments.
∎ Any other task provided by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
