Skills Required: Buyer Handling,Order Management,Order sourcing

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 42 years
  • Good Communication Skill Have the experience to work with Large Knit composite Factory;
  • 12–14 years of experience in a reputed company, with proven expertise in direct customer handling and sourcing;
  • Hands-on experience in working with customers from North America (USA & Canada) and Australia;
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Open-minded and accustomed to working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to manage departmental and team KPIs.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling Activewear customers (e.g., Under Armour, Puma, Nike, Fila, Columbia, etc.).
  • Additional experience in developing new markets and customers will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interstoff Apparels Ltd. is one of the largest apparel industry in Bangladesh. Which focuses on large volume of Exports to abroad. The Organization has begun it’s journey from 2002. which composites by Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, Printing & Embroidery. Interstoff Apparels Ltd. giving an outstanding professional growth environment for their employee. In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered; The major Responsibilities of candidate will be

  • Strong knowledge about costing, price negotiation, close follow up with customers until orders are shipped;

  • Obtain full responsibility from product development to shipping through T & A plan management, as well as after services required by customer;

  • Handling of USA, Canadian, Australian customers would be an added advantage;

  • Our ideal candidate should be a self-starter that is able to perform multi-tasking, work well and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude;

  • Lead the organization in a result driven & competitive environment;

  • Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information;

  • Take initiatives to the development of employees skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talent of the Marking & Merchandising teams;

  • Other takes assigned by the Management.
