Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis database performance, high availability and capacity of systems.
∎ Manage operations and configuration for backend database and related web servers, including database performance optimization, upgrading, applying patches, securing, tuning, audit-tracking and reporting.
∎ Control access permissions and privileges.
∎ Oversee backups, database server clusters, mirroring, replication and failover.
∎ Restore and recover corrupted databases.
∎ Implement data backup, business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the managed systems.
∎ Direct, setup, maintain and monitor all networks and servers including backups, property LAN performance, telecom
∎ Manage systems and user workstations.
∎ Make plans and complete IT related projects (i.e. process, function, budgets, etc.) as directed.
∎ Oversee and evaluate systems to ensure client/ vendor/ buyer's comply with corporate standards.
∎ Research and identify business opportunities to ensure department activities will be aligned with Group business strategy
∎ Ensure policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the department and Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience in a Managerial position
∎ Able to lead a team, be proactive and self-motivated
∎ Must have Knowledge on ERP
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent Presentation skills
