∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ · Must have worked with KPI and KRA Evaluation system previously at least in one organization.·
∎ Must be experienced in supervising and managing professional staffs.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure and establish effective monitoring for adherence.·
∎ Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands through recruitment and selection policy.·
∎ Arrange Training and Development including new hire orientation, leadership training and professional development of the employees of all levels.·
∎ Conduct periodic needs assessments to determine when training is necessary, and the type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity.·
∎ Carry out timely performance appraisals by having a policy of generating timely appraisal reports and a review of the same by the authorities to garner a higher degree of productivity and employee engagement.·
∎ Preserve the employer-employee relationship through effective employee relations strategies.·
∎ Maintain a healthy, safe, and fun work environment to ensure a level of comfort amongst the employees.·
∎ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events
