Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical)
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, PLC Programming

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise and monitor maintenance of different types of machines and electrical items.
∎ Perform scheduled/ preventive/ break down maintenance of continuous process machinery such as Generator, Boiler, air compressors, WTP/ETP, Dyeing and Knitting Machine as per compliance rule.
∎ Deal with various utility service provider organizer (PDB, Gas, T & T, WASA, R & H, Fire Brigade etc) for load sanction, license etc.
∎ Install the manual and automatic fire delectation system as per National Fire Protection standards (NFPA)
∎ Responsible for installation, erection, commissioning and servicing for plant machinery and equipment are functioning as per specification.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on textile related machine like: Knitting Machine, Dyeing Machine, Stenters, Compactor, Slitting etc.
∎ Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
∎ Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends by using the ERP.
∎ Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Prepare maintenance budget with monitoring and controlling maintenance cost within the budget
∎ Reduce the mechanical & electrical breakdown to achieve the target production quantity
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned breakdown and repairs.
∎ Prepare report on weekly inspection in all instruments & machinery
∎ Implement safety environment in the whole factory.
∎ In future expansions of the facilities, the design/ drawing, machine erection, installation, and commissioner capability is also an added advantages
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Office is required.
∎ Candidate should be proactive, target oriented and can-do attitude.
∎ Should have interpersonal skill.
