Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ B. Sc/M. Sc in Agriculture/MBA in Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates market information and situation to find new scope to improve Feed Business.
∎ Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequent as possible.
∎ Address the gray areas of the business in individual and team works.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the feed market.
∎ Ensure Individual Sales of Feed Products as per given target by the management.
∎ Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
∎ Ensure collection against sales as per company policy.
∎ Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and market trends for the knowledge of higher management
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Minimum 10 years for AGM.
∎ At least 15 years for GM.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Feed Sales & Marketing.
