∎ Minimum 5 years proven track record of Fertilizer sales management experience in relevant sector

The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of all fertilizer related sales activities as well as working closely with the technical team in generating demand and achieving ambitious revenue target. ∎ Anywhere in Bangladesh (Northern part of Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the sales & services of organic fertilizer for the assigned territory
∎ Achieve sales targets given by the management and ensure continuous sales growth
∎ Collect regular market feedback with the objectives to remain updated about the territory
∎ Set-up and arrange demonstration plots of organic fertilizer to attract potential customers
∎ Arrange meetings with farmers/customers in different strategic location to enhance fertilizer sales
∎ Keep up-to-date information of competitor's products through market research.
∎ Dissolve all sales related issues by coordinating with the respective people as and when required
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in agro inputs Sales & Marketing.
∎ Proven capabilities in negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skills
∎ Extensive travel throughout the country
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
