Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Required)

• Master’s degree in Textile Technology, Industrial Management, or related discipline (Preferred)

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in textile dyeing and finishing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of dyeing & finishing processes, machinery, and chemical management.

• Experience with quality control, process optimization, and productivity improvement.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of local and international compliance standards.

A reputed export-oriented textile manufacturer, is seeking a highly experienced AGM – Dyeing & Finishing to oversee and manage our dyeing and finishing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, operational efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

• Lead and manage the Dyeing & Finishing departments, ensuring smooth production processes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, internal quality standards, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams to achieve production targets.

• Manage a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians, providing training and development support.

• Monitor machinery performance, chemical usage, and maintenance schedules.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding department performance and KPIs.
