Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Increase sales lead and conversion rate through the sales funnel.
∎ To setup an effective sales planning to achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
∎ To monitor performance of sales people, provide guidelines to overcome the short-fall and motivate for development.
∎ To ensure sales deed on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on-time to management.
∎ To develop and ensure innovative marketing campaigns that generate excitement and enhance market share.
∎ To suggest prepare communication material such as brochure, flyer, news paper and magazine ads.
∎ To assist to implement various brand campaigns, events and harvest the success.
∎ To conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation and input customers' satisfaction.
∎ Ensure and maintain company culture in the sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have sales experience in real estate/ automobile/ FMCG industry.
∎ Candidate should be Chattogram native
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Efficient in deal closing.
∎ Should be presentable and good at PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Skilled in data analysis and CRM.
