Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduation & Masters in any discipline from recognized institution.
∎ B.Sc in textile engineering will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: knit garments quality

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and improve quality policy, procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with production, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly.
∎ Making sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure .
∎ Time Management skill.

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
