∎ BBA/MBA from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target of Property Security & Facility Management service.
∎ Explore new scope of business for property management service.
∎ Business planning, strategy formulating and implementing.
∎ Monitoring the business operation, sales & collection.
∎ Resolve customers' observation & complaints.
∎ Coordinate with the vendors, suppliers of the handed over projects regarding service contract and various internal departments.
∎ Business report presentation to the management in Monthly basis
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in following areas: Property Management / Facility Management, Customer Service / Client Service, Corporate Marketing etc.
∎ Interpersonal, Communication and Negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
