Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the central procurement dept. which deals with yarn, fabrics, trims & accessories, dyes & chemicals, Engineering and general items.
∎ Follow-up, supervise the team considering quality, on time delivery and best deal.
∎ Reviewing and implementing the procurement strategy.
∎ Developing systems of control, policies and procedures relating to procurement.
∎ Liaising with relevant staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts and identifying opportunities for improved value for money.
∎ Define and manage key supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality including technical support.
∎ Reviewing existing vendor's performances and find out potential vendor to ensure the better service
∎ Providing guidance to relevant staff in all procurement matters

∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/Group of Company
∎ Strong communication & presentation skills, both written & oral English
∎ Candidate should have in depth knowledge about different types of yarn / accessories
∎ Should be a good team leader
