Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Any reputed university with proven track record on Poultry Breeder & Commercial Farm management.
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Animal Breeding, Animal Feed, animal husbandry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of poultry Breeder & Commercial Farm operations that can ensure sustainable revenue as per company's Farming & production Target.
∎ Ensure maximum operational performance of Breeder & Commercial Farm Business.
∎ Responsible for daily operational activities of Farms and Hatcheries.
∎ Responsible for all farm management activities, administration and record-keeping of fixed or movable properties associated with farms and hatcheries.
∎ Plan, oversee and participate in the management of all aspect of the farming including rearing, growing, laying, egg management etc.
∎ Enforce high standard bio-security measures in the farm areas, safety, cleanliness and maintenance on personnel and properties.
∎ Communication with zonal and corporate office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
