∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management with reputed organizations [health care industry experience will be preferred but not essential].
∎ Experience of leading and managing large-scale ERP projects.
∎ Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, networks, and systems.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to collaborate & build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage implementation of HIS system in our hospitals and diagnostic centers across Bangladesh.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify specific customization needs and ensure that the system meets the company's requirements.
∎ Ensure the HIS system complies with regulatory requirements and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan.
∎ Oversee the design and maintenance of the overall technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud solutions.
∎ Ensure optimal cloud resource management, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and vendor relationships.
∎ Architect and implement cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
∎ Develop/ manage project budget, including capital and operational expenses.
∎ Implement best practices, industry standards for IT security & data privacy.
