Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM/ will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise & manage HR & Admin team and ensuring all required support as per company standards.
∎ Ensuring all functional units have competent manpower as per organogram and maintaining a transparent resourcing framework through "in time" & rigorous selection process.
∎ Ensuring smooth & timely delivery of all arrays of employee services, viz. confirmation, promotion, separation, final settlement, leave & attendance management , SIM & Mobile handset management, transfer - posting, HR reports, Bank A/C, ID & visiting card etc.
∎ Ensuring timely salary disbursement and all types of fund and benefit management.
∎ Undertaking initiatives for & ensuing automation of HR processes at an optimum level to save time & cost and increase efficiency.
∎ Ensuring meticulous compliance of company code of conduct, policy & procedure and undertaking proper measures against reported complaints and disposing off the same with due diligence.
∎ Facilitating programs & initiatives to foster employee motivation and create a strong sense of loyalty to establish a win - win culture between management and employees.
∎ Revisiting & redefining organizational & departmental organogram, scope, job description & person specification from time to time.
∎ Defining SOP & processes and setting KPI for each role.
∎ Developing different HR policies in line with Labor Law.
∎ Ensuring a sound Performance Management System through KPI for all workers, staff, and management personnel within the group.
∎ To identify promising & poor performing employees, taking corrective action and apprise for action with the coordination of Training & Organization Development Department.
∎ To coordinate employee Counseling and motivation program in regards to absenteeism, turn over, general rules & regulations, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.
∎ Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issue as per company policy.
∎ Ensuring Administrative Service like housekeeping, office asset management, cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
∎ Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
∎ Ensuring flawless service of office assistant, support staff, electrician, cleaner, gardener& security guard (attendance, leave, duty allocation)
∎ Conducting field investigation as per management instruction.
∎ Conducting awareness training / short session for non-management staffs.
∎ Arranging office events.
∎ Ensuring safety-security and compliance issues of factory & corporate office and coordinate them with concerned person.
∎ To handle legal issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ 10-12 years of relevant experience out of which minimum 2 years experience of managing HR & Admin team.
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skill; specially official letters, formal emails and business correspondence , Strong strategic thinking skills, Can work under pressure with zero error, Must have mental resilience, Should be able to meet deadline without fail, Should have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point, Strong negotiation and influencing skills, Multitasking ability.

Salary: Negotiable
