Job Responsibilities:
∎ To play the role of Factory Key Responsible (FKR) person for the buyer, GAP.
∎ To formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems with respect to Quality Control.
∎ Establishing standard Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
∎ To lead the team of Quality Control and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ To ensure Quality in the whole process Fabrication to Shipment in a Woven Garment.
∎ To give quality & technical guidance, production support, process management and quality management.
∎ To ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising, production department and buyers, and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ To train up to quality personnel in respect to QC Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department.
∎ To handle Buyer's QC requirements during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ To handle the Technical audit.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the relevant field in woven (tops and bottom) garments are required.
∎ Experienced in Woven garments Industries & Knowledge about Quality requirements of H&M, GAP, Next, WALMART & other renowned buyers.
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with a pleasant personality
∎ Good computer knowledge must be required.
