Job Context:
∎ Factory location is in Barishal.
∎ We are looking for a professional who is experienced in running a Plastic Manufacturing Plant, strong, and able to command a large team of engineers and experienced personnel.
∎ Candidates from the Barisal area will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily operation of the factory floor with effective communication and coordination skills with related departments/sections
∎ Preparation of Production planning & promulgation to respective production floor on time & monitoring of progress & achievement on time (production status).
∎ Maximum utilization of machinery to be ascertained.
∎ Scrutinization & monitoring of customer's projection and procurement of materials on time.
∎ Monitoring of delivery of finished products on time gaining customer satisfaction & Confidence.
∎ Liaison with the marketing department for any breakdown of production and assessment of orders and their flow.
∎ Consistent monitoring of raw materials stock to avoid low or over inventory, ultimately reducing cost.
∎ To care for customers "Audit" with all sincerity.
∎ To monitor autonomous and planned maintenance.
∎ Quality of products must be ensured.
∎ To reduce internal complaints, ultimately to make external complaints 'ZERO'
∎ Underutilized M/C must be brought to proper utilization.
∎ Perform any other works as and when required by the management
∎ Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using a Total Productive Maintenance Methodology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 46 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong e-mail communication
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and any accounting ERP software
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
