Business Development, Land Development, Land Procurement, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land Procurement, Land Acquisition under JV Agreement.
∎ Prepare Financial Analysis, conduct Market Survey, Proposal Placement and Negotiation.
∎ Prepare all Land Documents, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney etc.
∎ Handle team individually and effectively to achieve the target.
∎ Ensure and maintain Company Culture in the team.
∎ Maintain healthy correspondence (Both verbal and written) and keep highest level of commitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 10 years in which minimum 5 years in Team Leader position.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Browsing, Email Communication)
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven, having sound personality and leadership quality.
∎ Should have high morals, honesty and integrity.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
