Job Context:
∎ Mitali Group of Industries is one of the reputed Garments Textile Manufacturing groups in Bangladesh. Mitali Group always searches for highly motivated and proactive professionals to boost up its business growth. The position of "AGM / DGM-Accounts & Finance" will be responsible for the smooth operation in the accounts department.
∎ #Candidate must have to reside near the factory (Gazipur).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working Experience in a 100% Export oriented Knit Composite Garments Factory.
∎ Direct and oversee all aspects of the Accounting and Financial functions of the Factory.
∎ To take a leadership role in preparing factory budget and Monthly variance analysis.
∎ To ensure proper implementation of financial policies and procedures at strategic level.
∎ Financial Statement preparation.
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Review operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
∎ Liaison with the bank, vendors & technical teams.
∎ To establish and maintain appropriate internal control system to safeguard the assets/resources of the company.
∎ Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
∎ Payroll administration, Tax computations and returns, account/bank reconciliations, preparation and coordination of the audit process.
∎ Supervise, assist and guide the team for managing the overall activities of accounting functions.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills on M.S Word, Excel, and Integrated Accounting package i.e. Software, ERP is must. Strong financial report preparation skill,
∎ Leadership, Result oriented, Strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill, Interactive & Energetic.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
