Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base for day-old chicks.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
∎ Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
∎ Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
