Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for AGM – Civil Engineer under the Project Development department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all civil engineering activities for real estate projects including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Plan, coordinate and monitor construction works to ensure timely completion as per approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
Supervise project managers, site engineers and contractors to maintain quality, safety and productivity standards.
Review and approve structural, architectural and MEP coordination drawings in collaboration with consultants.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, local authority regulations, RAJUK/City Corporation requirements and other statutory approvals.
Prepare and control project budgets, BOQs, cost estimates and monitor cost variations and claims.
Evaluate contractor bills, certify work progress and recommend payments.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, workmanship standards and safety compliance.
Identify project risks, technical issues and delays; propose corrective and preventive measures.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors and internal departments for smooth project execution.
Monitor material procurement, usage and wastage control at project sites.
Support management in feasibility studies, project planning and technical decision-making for new developments.
Prepare periodic progress reports, MIS and presentations for management.
Ensure implementation of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies at all project sites.
