• Strong knowledge of BNBC 2020 and Accord/Alliance compliance standards.

• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

We are currently hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of practical experience in building construction. The candidate must have hands-on experience working in compliance with BNBC 2020 and Accord/Alliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute building construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure all works are carried out in strict compliance with BNBC 2020, Accord, and Alliance safety and structural standards.

• Oversee site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment management.

• Monitor construction quality, progress, and safety practices on-site.

• Review and implement structural drawings, design specifications, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues efficiently.

• Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
