Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Hatchery, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure hatch-wise broiler and Layer Day Old Chicks (DOC) sales until sold.
∎ To take advance booking of Layer and Broiler DOC from Customers.
∎ To create new customers for DOC sales.
∎ To confirm DOC cash sales by anyhow.
∎ To collect daily competitor's price of DOC, ready Broiler, Cull Birds and commercial Eggs as well as others related data.
∎ To have clear knowledge of effective DOC pricing for anywhere of Bangladesh.
∎ To have strong knowledge of present poultry market and its future forecast.
∎ To have hatch wise DOC allocation capacity for sales staff according to market prospect.
∎ To have ability to handle customer complain properly.
∎ To confirm hatchery wise sale for better distribution.
∎ To have enough knowledge of cost effective route plan for DOC distribution in anywhere of Bangladesh.
∎ To have solid communication skills with sales personnel and customers.
∎ Willingness to work in holiday if require for DOC sales.
∎ Committed to control DOC dues as any cost.
∎ Must have ability to give yearly DOC sales budget according to production forecast.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Chicks sales experience will get preference
