∎ Applicant must have LL.B (Hon's) & LL.M from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Narayanganj (Near Jatrabari, Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have analytical ability on lands documents.
∎ Draft and prepare legal documents.
∎ Initiating & conducting legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, searching genuineness of title deeds, khatians & inspecting lands.
∎ Vetting land documents and provide opinion.
∎ Preparing legal notice, letters, agreement and complaint
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal document for trial or court proceedings.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ Design and oversee the company policy and position on legal matters.
∎ Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
∎ Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
∎ Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎ Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ To draft and review legal letters, contracts, agreements & monitor legal obligations to ensure compliance as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Law, Company Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Tax Law.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Must have good verbal & written communication skills in English
∎ Must have good computing skills
∎ Ability to lead a large team, implement smoothly
∎ Adequate knowledge to manage Job independently
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English Communication
