Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Narayanganj (Near Jatrabari, Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use equipment in a cost effective way
∎ Solve site problems with the assistance of Project Engineer
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), Material Receiving Report (MRR),
∎ Check measurement book (MB), bill of quantity (BOQ)
∎ Prepare estimation, check requisition list, quantity & quality and inventory
∎ Coordinate with procurement and delivery department
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all stores/materials at site
∎ Control wastage and ensure tidiness of site
∎ Assist Project Engineer and handle work in absence of higher management
∎ To able to engineering assessment, documentary work & any others requirement from related concern.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand basic engineering functions like Civil drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, concrete foundation and finishing work
∎ Understand Field measurement and marking, survey work, site area utilization and supervision.
∎ Experienced in building heavy industrial project
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors.
∎ Analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & physically fit.
∎ Adequate knowledge on industrial project, Auto CAD and related software
∎ Sound of knowledge about BNBC & Others Laws.

Salary: Negotiable
