∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 5 years of work experience in technical and vocational education of which 2 years must be in a responsible TVET leadership role.§ At least 5 years of experience in technical and vocational education of which 2 years must be in a responsible TVET leadership role.§ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to network and build relationships.§ An understanding of child rights programming is desirable high level of pro-activeness and creativity, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.§ Able to plan and prioritize tasks, competent to solve problems, promote integrity, and aptitude to work under pressure to meet deadlines.§ Develop Information Education and Communication & Social Behavioral Change Communication materials on relevant project themes.§ Fluency in the local language will be an asset.
