Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize, coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
∎ Purchase general office supplies, kitchen supplies, equipment, etc.
∎ Manage office purchases and payment requests
∎ Coordinate meetings, events, conference calls, and video conferences
∎ Answer email and phone inquiries
∎ Taking meeting minutes and typing reports
∎ Code files for proper placement.
∎ Manage all databases and records; gatekeeper of files/records; able to explain filing system to others
∎ Process and scan files to be entered into a computer in a digital database.
∎ Use scanners to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format.
∎ Take and track attendance
∎ Prepare and send out courier/mail
∎ Ordering lunch as requested
∎ Manage and track petty cash
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone
∎ Communicating with customers through Computer-based Phone system
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the right officer
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as needed
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ An Ideal candidate must have;
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills
∎ Extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated
∎ Ability to get along well with others and work across departments
∎ High standards of customer service
∎ Ability to sustain in a fast-paced environment
∎ Presentable and personable
∎ Skills/Knowledge required;
∎ Basic Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Ability to work with printer, scanner & copier
∎ Ability to set up meeting room equipment for conference meetings
∎ Experience in working in a retail environment a plus
