∎ Candidates must have at least 1-year sales and marketing experience.
∎ Basic Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work with printer, scanner & copier.
∎ Experience in working in a retail environment is a plus.

∎ Clementine Data is an end-to-end data collection and analytics company. We help companies make sound business decisions based on the data insights provided by us. We are looking to hire for the position of Sales and Marketing Associate. We are looking for someone with strong oral and written communication skills, who is extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated.
∎ Sales and Customer Service Role: Generate Leads; Researches client base to find new types of customers and communicate with them accordingly. Answer questions from clients. Engage in customer service by making information readily available. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries through social media and emails. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the right officer. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Marketing Assistant Role: Assists in creating social media plans and strategies for gaining customers and then retaining them. Set marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, supervisors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies Analyzes and create a plan for engaging the target market Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement Make product appeal to the target market. Set up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product. Track sales and customer data to create and maintain reports Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
