Job Context:

∎ We are looking to hire for the position of Sales and Marketing Associate. We are looking for someone with strong oral and written communication skills, who is extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing Assistant Role:
∎ Assists in creating social media plans and strategies for gaining customers and then retaining them
∎ Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, supervisors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies
∎ Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
∎ Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
∎ Makes product appeal to the target market
∎ Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
∎ Tracks sales and customer data to create and maintain reports
∎ Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
∎ Sales and Customer Service Role:
∎ Generate Leads; Researches client base to find new types of customers and communicate with them accordingly
∎ Answers questions from clients
∎ Engages in customer service by making information readily available
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries through social media and emails
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the right officer
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 50 years
∎ Candidates must have at least 1-year sales and marketing experience.
∎ Basic Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work with printer, scanner & copier.
∎ Experience in working in a retail environment is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
