Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Preferred Retired defense officer under any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take necessary measures to protect the man, machine & properties of the consensus
∎ Protect and check the goods dispatch in & out at gate
∎ To execute overall work of the Admin Department in line with policy guidelines.
∎ To ensure logistic support to various departments on regular basis.
∎ To ensure discipline in factory and proper security of factory premises and company assets.
∎ Must have ability to motivate workers and maintain good relation between workers and management
∎ Must have knowledge of fire prevention measures and ability to organize firefighting acts at factory building/premises.
∎ To receive interdepartmental note, documents and take actions regarding those issues.
∎ To look after workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of this wages and salaries
∎ Should be well versed in compliance issues and the labor law.
∎ To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspondent with various department /concerned authority and provide administrative support to the Management.
∎ To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation and when required.
∎ To perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
∎ Control security guards, ensure 360 degree security measures in the premises.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office, specially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Knowledge about compliance issues & fire-fighting activities.
Salary: Negotiable
