Job Context:
∎ Overall Administration of garment factory security,compliance and admin.
∎ Monitor overall affairs of General Store/Purchase of the factory.
∎ Monitor the ongoing expansion of the factory construction.
∎ Monitor HR, Admin and Compliance Related Issues.
∎ Monitor all day to day govt,police and local issues.
∎ Maintain security and cleanliness of the factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring daily activities of factories.
∎ Arrange and monitor the security team of the factories.
∎ Overall book keeping and approvals of all store and purchases.
∎ Deal with buyer regarding compliance.
∎ All admin related work of the factory.
∎ Maintaining cleanliness and decorum of the factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be eager to accept any challenge in running a garment factory of over 3000 worker.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The person has to stay within 10-15 mins of the factory ad no transport will be provided.
