∎ At least 5 years of experience in financial management and administration, preferably within the education or development sector.§  Experience managing budgets for donor-funded projects.§  Proven experience in compliance, audit preparation, and risk management.§  Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.§  Proficiency in accounting software.§  Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.§  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.§  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.§  Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities & Context:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 95,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
