  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in overall office administration, logistics, inventory, vehicles management for USAID programs.

  • Previous work on USAID or other donor funded projects required, previous experience with USAID cooperative agreements shall be an added advantage.

  • Good communications skills both in English and Bangla.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description

  • This is long-term CCN position and the purpose of this is to provide support to the designated working areas of the Protibesh project relating to overall administrative include the coordination, provision of operational services including logistics, vehicle, file management, correspondence, office maintenance, petty cash administration, travel, equipment maintenance, office lease management, transportation, and support for workshops, public events and/or official visits.

A. Specific Tasks/Responsibilities

The Admin Coordinator will fulfill the duties listed below:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient office functioning.

  • Equip and maintain regional offices in Sreemongal and Khulna with logistical support, including field visits.

  • Coordinate with the Security Manager for expatriate visa processing and compliance with NBR, Customs, and GoB formalities.

  • Maintain stationary track and renew service contracts, leases, and agreements.

  • Monitor vehicle and driver records, ensuring proper maintenance and logbook updates.

  • Coordinate vendor payments with supporting documents for timely processing.

  • Supervise janitors, and drivers, ensuring fair scheduling and OT/CTO distribution.

  • Manage logistics for field trips, including transport, air tickets and accommodation.

  • Oversee office equipment, furnishings, and building maintenance, including repair and bid processes.

  • Conduct inventory of supplies and maintain updated records.

  • Organize logistics for workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

  • Handle mail delivery, utility payments, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Location of Assignment

  • Dhaka, Bangladesh, with potential travel to regional and project site offices.
