Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books of Accounts through vouchers, cashbooks, General Ledger, etc.
∎ Report collection, checking, compiling, and logistic support.
∎ Maintaining cash and Bank accounts properly.
∎ Field supervision and report preparation as per the requirement of the authorities.
∎ Responsible for compose letter & documents for correspondence & personal related job.
∎ Assess materials needed for purchase and send requisitions for procurement of goods and services.
∎ Computing, correspondence & Personnel related jobs.
∎ Procure properly necessary things for the project.
∎ Compliance with any other assignment entrusted to you from time to time for the interest of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have 3 years of similar experience.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle-driving license and good skills in report writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
