Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that events/activities progress seamlessly by following standard operating procedures of the Park.
∎ Plan and execute various activites/shows to attract the guest and increase Park revenue.
∎ Plan and execute activities for Kids.
∎ Identify operational challenges associated with the group and extend best solution for maximum guest satisfaction.
∎ Act as liaison between field sales person and guests throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event).
∎ Participate in customer site inspections and assists with the sales process as necessary.
∎ Exceed Guest expectations that yield results and positive Guest feedback
∎ Prepare a detailed weekly programme of social and recreational activities.
∎ Assign and co-ordinate tasks and establish objectives for the team based on the planned activity programme.
∎ Plan for material, equipment and supplies need for activities, ensure suitable monitoring and handling, make inventory of the items.
∎ Focus on maintaining show/event quality, facilitate communication, administrative responsivities and create a harmonious work environment.
∎ Support all shows/events maintaining the artistic and technical integrity.
∎ Set a positive example for guest relations.
∎ Coordinate and communicate event details both verbally and in writing to the customer and property operations.
∎ To conduct auditions for latents.
∎ Follows up with customer post-event.
∎ Follows up with Sales Team post-event.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Park management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
