Responsibilities & Context:
Accurate Data entry into all levels of accounting in the company.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking related tasks, Bank accounts operate and maintain all bank transactions.
Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries in the Tally ERP system.
Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation and entry into the Tally ERP system on the following day of fund transfer.
Monitor daily Bank deposits from different entities.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
