Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Handling day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
∎ Preparing financial statements, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
∎ Managing accounts receivable and payable.
∎ Assisting with budget preparation and control.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Providing support to other departments on accounting and finance-related matters.
∎ All Accounts system entry, Documentation and Reporting Process
∎ Company Credit Customer Invoicing.
∎ Assist in preparing accurate financial reports and other compliance supporting documents
∎ Assist in preparing staff salary and respective pay slips;
∎ Maintain Cash book, Ledger book and other required register(s).
∎ Prepare the yearly budget for the company and make any necessary revisions following senior guidance.
∎ Support the project team to communicate with the internal audit team for audit findings, prepare analytical reports & share the report with the team and stakeholders.
∎ In addition to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
∎ Job Description/Responsibility (Cash Counter):
∎ All Accounts system entry, Documentation and Reporting Process
∎ Prepare monthly VAT and Tax payable statement and prepare online VAT & Tax challan and deposited and documented as per Government Rules.
∎ Company Credit Customer Invoicing.
∎ Company petty cash maintain & disbursement of relevant department.
∎ Conducting all banking relevant work, cash collection and deposit,
∎ Need to prepare cheque as per requirements.
∎ Assist in preparing accurate financial reports and other compliance supporting documents
∎ Assist in preparing monthly budget forecast
∎ Prepare daily receipts and payment vouchers, journal vouchers of project related expenses;
∎ Assist in preparing staff cash salary of assigned company and respective pay slips;
∎ Maintain Cash book, Ledger book and other required register(s).
∎ Prepare the yearly budget for the company and make any necessary revisions following senior guidance.
∎ Support the project team to communicate with the internal audit team for audit findings, prepare analytical reports & share the report with the team and stakeholders.
∎ In addition to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
