Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Training and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
∎ Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Ensuring month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
∎ Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management,
∎ Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
∎ Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
∎ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including:
∎ cash receipts
∎ cash deposit
∎ general ledger
∎ payroll
∎ treasury, budgeting
∎ cash forecasting
∎ revenue and expenditure analysis
∎ capital assets reconciliations
∎ fixed asset activity
∎ debt activity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field.
∎ More education or experience may be preferred.
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to collect, tracks, and analyze large amounts of data.
∎ Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent active listening skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
