Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com (may be relaxed for deserving candidates).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for all administrative and logistic tasks;
∎ Organize and ensure logistics support in facilitating meetings, conferences, and other special events;
∎ Ensure safety and security of the office premises and resources as needed;
∎ Keep necessary documents such files, folders, guidelines, photocopying of different documents, and sends it through couriers to appropriate place;
∎ Keep staff leave records & others valuable documents and share it with Project Coordinator
∎ Purchasing of required logistics, stationeries & others materials generally quarterly basis for meeting project requirement with necessary approval;
∎ Ensure proper documentation of logistic, stationeries in stock register and keep always update.
∎ Keep functioning of photocopier, computers, printers (with necessary servicing) of Project Coordination office & providing necessary equipment’s’ and other materials as required;
∎ Assist in keeping the valuable documents in appropriate manner through spiral & normal binding, photocopying, scanning etc.;
∎ Prepare & keep procurement related files with the help of Accountant including processing of papers, distributing to the vendors, documentation, internal & external audit;
∎ Maintain registers for receiving of incoming letters, mails & dispatching letters to different persons and other purpose as set up by the project or as per organization’s rule;
∎ Maintain a good team member attitude and play positive role accordingly;
∎ Maintain organizational regulations and discipline and implement it at his/her jurisdiction;
∎ S/he will carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the senior management as required by the project or organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years working experience in the relevant field;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Good knowledge on MS office;
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation and meet deadlines.

Salary: Tk. 26383 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year, yearly increment based on performance.
