Lumera – International Residence Hotel is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in hotel accounting operations and hands-on experience with the ODOO ERP System. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, reporting, budgeting, payroll, and overall hotel financial operations while ensuring full compliance with company policies and Saudi financial regulations.
This position is ideal for accounting professionals with prior international exposure, particularly within the hospitality industry and Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage hotel accounts and daily financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, operating expenses, and financial performance
• Operate, maintain, and manage accounting functions through the ODOO ERP System
• Process payroll, invoices, supplier accounts, and vendor payments in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations
• Coordinate with senior management on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic budgeting
• Support internal and external audits and provide financial analysis and recommendations
• Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting records
