Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting.
∎ MBA or Masters, Major in Finance or Accounting, Experience candidates are more preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Factory based job.
∎ Factory location: Sreepur, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
∎ To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash, etc.) and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.
∎ To prepare a table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed.
∎ Monitoring credit of dealers.
∎ Inform the dealer and customer about the company's essential notice & information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
∎ Good command of English both in writing & speaking.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Adequate IT knowledge.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Leadership and Team Management skills.
