∎ Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing discrepancies or inefficiencies.
∎ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for creating reports and presentations.

∎ Time Management: Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines during high demand periods like tax.
∎ Organizational Skills: Expertise in scheduling, planning, and managing resources to meet client needs.
∎ Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
∎ Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
∎ Legal and Ethical Knowledge: Awareness of ethical standards and practices in accounting.
∎ Familiarity with local, national, and international financial laws and regulations
∎ Leadership Experience: For managerial roles, prior experience leading a team or department.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record financial transactions in accounting systems.
∎ Manage accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
∎ Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
∎ Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
