• Bachelor/Honors

Graduate from an accounting-related discipline (BBA/BBS in Accounting).

• Comfortable in Excel.

• Comfortable working with US payroll systems and AR workflows (training will be provided).

• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

• Detail-driven, organized, and able to work in a structured, deadline-oriented environment.

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping activities with strong attention to accuracy.

• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing cycles, and payment follow-ups.

• Support US payroll processes, ensuring data validation and timely coordination.

• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations in line with internal controls.

• Prepare routine financial summaries and support month-end close activities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and reporting integrity.
