Responsibilities & Context:
∎ .Accurate Data entry into all levels of accounting in the company.
∎ .Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking related tasks, Bank accounts operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ .Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ .Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries in the ERP system.
∎ .Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation and entry into the ERP system on the following day of fund transfer.
∎ .Monitor daily Bank deposits from different entities.
∎ .Any other tasks assigned by management.
