Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be a main point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
∎ Liaise between the customer and internal teams
∎ Understand customer need and assist them to communicate the needs to internal departments clearly
∎ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of shipments according to customer needs
∎ Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly shipments and other related initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
∎ Help customers through email, phone, skype and in person meetings
∎ Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
∎ Forecast and track key account metrics
∎ Monitor and analyze market specific trends, demand drivers, inhibitors, opportunities and challenges
∎ Presentations to KKTE management and customers and assist in decision making
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong Customer Relationship Management skills
∎ Market Research & Analytics capabilities - including Customer Need Identification and Mapping of different markets such as USA, UK, Bangladesh
∎ Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
