Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, develop, and qualify leads; self-sourcing efforts will be supplemented by support from the internal marketing Initiatives.
∎ Meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
∎ Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts.
∎ Develop close plans for targeted opportunities and drive opportunities to closure.
∎ Manage prospecting and sales activities with a focus on product pipeline growth.
∎ Generate new sales revenue among new potential customers.
∎ Develop opportunities and relations with end-users/customers.
∎ Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers (upselling and cross-selling).
∎ Analyze customers' needs and requirements optimally.
∎ Develop relationships with key customer accounts to advocate and position our offered solutions/products within their organizations.
∎ Focus on account mapping, forming an integrated account plan, and ultimately optimizing revenue in the assigned customer accounts and meeting and exceeding the forecast.
∎ Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts.
∎ Qualify customers' capabilities and demands.
∎ Develop a database of potential customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity/Digital Transformation related solutions sales
∎ Proven track record in developing new business and managing sales cycles, from lead generation to closing contracts.
∎ Strong customer-facing skills to develop and sustain ongoing relationships.
∎ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
∎ Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
∎ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written).

∎ 50/50 (Base compensation/Variable Commission)
