JOB OBJECTIVE The Academic Director & Growth Strategist is responsible for the dual mission of Academic Excellence and Commercial Success. This role involves overseeing faculty and daily operations, designing high-impact academic programs, and leading the marketing and sales strategies to ensure enrollment targets are met and the brand reputation is strengthened.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Academic Leadership & Faculty Management
• Faculty Command: Act as the primary lead for all faculty members. Manage teacher recruitment, batch assignments based on expertise, and performance evaluations.
• Syllabus & Quality Control: Monitor batch progress to ensure the syllabus is completed on time. Conduct regular result analysis of internal tests and mock exams to maintain high academic standards.
• Master Academic Calendar: Design and implement the yearly academic roadmap, including exam cycles, parent-teacher meetings, and holiday schedules. 2. Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation
• Admission Funnel Management: Oversee the full student lifecycle from lead inquiry to enrollment. Set and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Revenue Strategy: Develop attractive admission packages, seasonal offers, and "Early-Bird" discounts to drive sales.
• Strategic Expansion: Identify opportunities for new coaching modules, crash courses, or specialized workshops (e.g., extra curricular activities) based on market trends. 3. Marketing, Content & Brand Strategy
• Digital Content Planning: Develop the strategic vision for social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-engagement ads and posts.
• Brand Collaborations: Identify and partner with influencers, educational bloggers, and corporate brands to increase the center's reach and authority.
• Course Promotion: Highlight unique selling points (USPs) of the curriculum to convert digital leads into on-site admissions. 4. Event & Demo Class Orchestration
• High-Impact Demos: Supervise and refine the "Demo Class" experience. Coordinate with teachers to ensure demo sessions are high-impact and result in immediate enrollments.
• Workshop Execution: Design and execute specialized seminars and workshops for both parents and students to showcase the institution's expertise.
• Feedback Loops: Systematically collect feedback from prospects and current students to refine teaching methods and marketing messaging. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Enrollment Growth: Achievement of monthly and seasonal student admission targets.
• Demo-to-Admission Ratio: Success rate of converting prospects into paid students.
• Academic Success Rate: Average improvement in student scores and on-time syllabus completion.
• Brand Reach: Growth in social media engagement and successful brand partnerships.
